By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible. 

In order to contract with Healthy Spaces you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Healthy Spaces retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Healthy Spaces or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Healthy Spaces is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement email confirming receipt of your order: this email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will not be formed until we send you confirmation by e-mail that the goods which you ordered have been dispatched to you. Only those goods listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of dispatch will be included in the contract formed.

Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as canceled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the ‘Total Cost’.

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorization being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a deposit against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched and you have been sent a confirmation email the monies paid as a deposit shall be used as consideration for the value of goods you have purchased as listed in the confirmation email.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of purchase, we are happy to help with replacement or refund. If you need to return an item, we want to make the process as easy as possible. 

1. Return window: Return items bought directly from Healthy Spaces within 30 days from the date of purchase. All returns for defect and returns made after the 30-day return period must be made pursuant to the terms of the limited warranty. 

2. Eligibility of return:
   1. You may return any item purchased directly from Healthy Spaces for any reason, unless noted in the policy exceptions below. 
   2. If you received the wrong item or wrong quantity of items, please contact Healthy Spaces Support. In the case that your order is lost in transit, a replacement will be issued after validation. Refunds will not be issued. 
   3. All returns must be authorized by Healthy Spaces within 30 days of payment with a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) Number. No returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA number. You can obtain the RMA number for your return by contacting Healthy Spaces Support within the return period. The RMA number will be valid for 15 days after issue and all returns must be shipped within 15 days after receipt of the RMA number. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number or after expiration of the RMA number will be refused and returned to you at your expense. 

3. Return policy exceptions:
   1. Non-returnable accessories: used filters or charging cables cannot be returned. 
   2. Indirect purchases: if you purchased through a reseller or a third party, please refer to their return policy or contact them directly. Returns are only accepted for items purchased directly from Healthy Spaces. 
   3. Worn / damaged products: any returned item that has been excessively used or altered will not be accepted for return. Returned items that show malicious and/or intentional physical damage are not covered under this policy. 

4. How to return:
   1. Initiating a return: start the return process by completing and submitting the Healthy Spaces Return / Refund Request form. Follow the instructions provided within the return portal, which will include:
      1. your name 
      2. telephone

      4. item(s) purchased 
      5. date of purchase 
      6. order # (enter) 
      7. reason for return
   2. Labeling: after approval of your return, an RMA slip will be emailed to you. Please print the RMA number and securely attach it to the outside of the box. Shipping and delivery fees back to the seller are the responsibility of the customer. 
   3. Return packaging: all authorized returns must be in its original packaging and include any accessories included with the item (cords, chargers, manuals, etc). The product must be completely repackaged with the original packaging. You must also include a copy of the invoice or order confirmation. On the outside of the package, secure the return label and RMA slip, verify all the contents are included in the return package and seal the package. Please verify all information on the return label is correct before shipping.

5. What to expect: 
   1. Shipping: the customer will be responsible for ensuring product(s) are returned with the appropriate RMA number attached. Unless it meets the following exceptions, the customer will be responsible for managing shipping.
      1. shipping exceptions: if any of the below apply to your order, Healthy Spaces will issue you a pre-paid shipping label, covering the costs of shipping. In this scenario, please use this prepaid shipping label for your return.
         1. package arrived destroyed. 
         2. equipment is not working. 
         3. package arrived open / damaged.
   2. Processing time: after we receive your return, please allow 7-14 days for it to be processed. 
   3. Refunds: any applicable refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3-5 days after return processing is complete. If Healthy Spaces is unable to verify receipt of returned item, Healthy Spaces will not be liable for any repair, replacement or refund on the returned unit.
