REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Clothing Returns
Thank you for shopping with Healthy Spaces. We are sorry to hear things did not work out! You may return the item(s) to us within (7) days from your order date for a full refund. After 30 days all sales are final and returns will not be accepted.
The easiest and quickest way to get a shipping label is through using our online return process. The cost of a prepaid shipping label is $6.95 and non-refundable. Please use the original packaging to return the merchandise, along with the packing slip. You can also return eligible items to our corporate office free of charge. To begin your online return all you will need is the order number for the item(s) and the billing zip code. Click here to get started.
Returns Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must not be worn or damaged and should be in the same condition that you received it. This includes:
- Packaging items in the same condition that they were received
- Including packing slip in your return package
Returns not Eligible for a Refund
Returns Tracking Number
All returns must include a tracking number (USPS, UPS, Fedex). Please provide us with a tracking number by emailing sales@healthyspaces.net. Failure to do so may delay your refund.
Item Defective or Damaged or Wrong Item Shipped
If Healthy Spaces fulfilled your order with a damaged or incorrect item we will provide you with a return label (return authorization) at no cost to you via email.

- Provide a valid email address so we may send you the return label.
- A full refund will be issued to your original form of payment.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not accept exchanges.
Refunds
At Healthy Spaces, we respect and value every customer. Because your trust is important to us, we want you to be completely happy with every purchase. If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we will gladly accept your return for a full refund.
The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless Healthy Spaces has shipped a defective, damaged or incorrect product.
You will receive a refund in the form of a credit to your original payment method within 5-7 business days of us receiving your return.
